The Complete System Connection™ framework was created to bring the body back to the conversation.
About Complete System Connection™
Most of the people I work with are capable, intelligent and are used to handling a lot. From the outside, their lives look fine, good even. Successful careers, busy households. They are the kind of people others rely on without thinking.
Internally, it’s a different story. The cost of keeping going is starting to show up physically. People describe things like tension in the body that never quite goes away, a feeling of being on high alert and struggling to switch off. A sense that they can’t take as deep a breath as they used to. Sleep does not feel as restorative as it once did. Digestion doesn’t seem to work as well. Overall, there’s a growing sense that things can’t carry on in the same way and something needs to change.
A lot of people have tried to find solutions including talking therapy, massage, yoga, books, podcasts, journalling, the better diet, the cleaner sleep routine. Some of it has helped but none of it has resolved the underlying cause. They need a different approach.
That’s where Complete System Connection™ comes in.
Why this, why now
People arrive at this point because something in them has shifted and they are questioning how they are living.
Sometimes it happens gradually, often in midlife. Life is busy, things are increasingly strained. It’s not so much a midlife crisis as a midlife questioning. You know something needs to change, you’re just not sure what or how.
Sometimes it happens after a single event - a moment with such impact that it changes everything. An illness, a bereavement, a change of work circumstance, a piece of news that shifts how the whole landscape looks.
Different paths, the same moment.
A point where continuing as you have is no longer an option. Not because you cannot cope, but because something in you is asking, maybe even demanding, for a different way of living.
This is not a breakdown - it’s discernment. Your body has been giving you accurate information. It is asking you to listen. It is asking for a more sustainable way of living.
How I work
I work with the body, not to fix it, override it or make it perform, but to help it reconnect, release and integrate. The work is somatic, relational, nervous-system informed and trauma-aware. It is paced, intelligent and respectful of your autonomy.
There is no forced emotional release. No pressure to tell your story in a particular way. No requirement to step away from your life or break in order to make progress.
Instead, we work together to help your system feel safe. From there it can begin to release the pressure, the stress patterns and the emotions that have been held for too long. Capacity is gradually restored. Change happens at a pace your system can hold, which is the only pace that actually lasts.
The Complete System Connection™ framework
The methodology unfolds in three connected phases.
Awareness
Reconnecting with sensation, building a felt sense of safety and beginning to understand what your body has been communicating. This is where we set the ground.
Processing & Release
Allowing held stress, tension and emotion to move through your system in a supported way. Gradual and guided by how your body responds. Spacious enough that things can settle.
Integration
Living from a more resourced place, with greater calm, clarity and choice. This is where the change becomes part of how you live in the world.
Inside a session
That same arc plays out in miniature inside every session. Something arises, we bring awareness to where it is sitting in the body. We feel into the sensation, noticing any thwarted fight, flight or freeze energy that has been held there. We allow it to move at a pace that feels manageable, releasing what is ready to release. Then we give it time to settle. We notice what is different in your internal landscape afterwards.
It is a small, steady cycle, repeated as often as the work asks for it. Even though the form of each session changes, the craft underneath stays consistent. Clients often tell me this is what allows them to relax into the work and trust the process.
What changes
People describe this work as something shifting at a fundamental level. Old patterns become recognisable. New ones become possible. There is less internal pressure and more physical ease. Thinking gets clearer. There is time and space to respond consciously in the moment, rather than react out of habit.
That sentence matters. This work does not make your life smaller, simpler or slower in ways you cannot afford or do not want. It gives you the capacity to live it differently from the inside out.
Who this work is for
This work tends to resonate with people who are capable and relied upon, who value intelligence, structure and professionalism and who do not want a crisis-led or performative approach to change. It is for people who want sustainable change, not another thing to manage.
If you recognise yourself in this, we should talk.
What Clients Say
“When I started my coaching sessions with Jane I was, like many women around 50, spinning a lot of plates, fearing that they were going to smash. The sheer number of spinning plates crept up on me as a demanding but beloved career, children, partner and parents (and health) all presented greater challenges. I came into the programme with a certain amount of trepidation about whether all the plates would smash if I started to look too hard at myself, and whether I could really make changes at my age.
I need not have worried. Jane combines warmth, knowledge and caring scrutiny to create coaching sessions in which she listens and asks kind but perceptive questions. Her deep understanding of how our bodies carry what we think and feel means that she not just listened to what I said, but also observed how I said it, to understand my words and also what lay behind them. Her questions helped me to gently unpick my thoughts and emotions.
I cannot thank Jane enough for her coaching. I feel like I have come out of the sessions with new and better habits forming. Tasks feel less overwhelming and I feel more at peace. I speak more kindly to myself. The plates do not feel like they are going to smash.”
“I’m extremely thankful for the help Jane has given me, and I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am right now physically and mentally without her help. As someone who took a very non-holistic view of my physical and mental health, I can no longer deny the fact that there is a strong correlation between the two, given the clear impact and results following my sessions and experiences with Jane.”
“I’ve had a number of breakthroughs and increased my general capacity with her help. I couldn’t recommend a therapist more highly.”
